Technical Office Employee – Electrical Estimator
- Analysis of technical specifications, design documents and tender specifications.
- Preparation of quotes for electrical systems, including estimates for costs, materials, execution times, and necessary resources.
- Collaboration with the tendering office and the purchasing department for the preparation of technical and economic bids.
- Management of requests for proposals from suppliers and analysis of received quotations.
- Compliance check of designs with current electrical regulations.
- Technical support in the review and optimisation of quotes.
Essential requirements
- Technical diploma in electronics and electrical engineering or a degree in electrical/electrotechnical engineering (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles as a predictive technician in the electrical sector.
- Experience preferably gained in complex systems (industrial, hospital, or infrastructure).
- Good knowledge of estimating software and technical drawing.
- Driving licence Category B.
- Ability to work in a team, precision and attention to detail.
Preferred requirements
- Experience in managing quotes for Public procurement.
- Knowledge of technical regulations relating to electrical installations.
- Familiarity with technical design and modelling tools.
Electrical Technical Office Manager
- Coordination and supervision of the electrical technical office.
- Continuous technical support for site activities, including site inspections when necessary.
- Design and development of technical solutions for electrical systems, including diagrams, calculations and sizing, in compliance with current regulations.
- Analysis and optimisation of existing projects.
- Collaboration with the sales department for the preparation of technical offers and quotations.
- Management and updating of technical documentation, including manuals, technical reports and certifications.
Essential requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles within the electrical sector, preferably with installation or engineering companies.
- In-depth knowledge of main electrical design software.
- Solid expertise in electrical regulations.
- Leadership abilities, problem-solving, and management of technical teams.
- Good knowledge of the English language (B1 level or higher).
- Willingness to carry out site inspections.
Preferred requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Registration with the Register of Engineers (Section A) and professional qualification.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) methodologies.
Technical Office Employee – Mechanical / Plumbing & Heating Estimator
- Analysis of tender documents, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Producing detailed quotes for air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, piping, and mechanical infrastructure systems.
- Cost estimation, materials, completion times and necessary resources.
- Collaboration with the tender and purchasing offices for the preparation of competitive technical and economic offers, in both public and private sectors.
- Contact with suppliers for requests for quotation and techno-economic comparison.
- Compliance with current regulations.
- Technical support during the quotation review and optimisation phase.
The role is strongly analysis and planning oriented, with a focus on precision, reliability, and efficiency.
- Technical diploma in the field of thermotechnics or mechanics, or a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as a technical estimator in the mechanical/thermo-hydraulic sector, preferably with large-scale systems (industrial, hospital, or infrastructure).
- Driving licence category B.
- Good knowledge of estimating software and technical drawing.
- Teamwork skills, accuracy and results orientation.
Site Manager / Project Manager – Electrical Systems
- Coordination of internal operational teams and subcontractors for the installation and testing of electrical systems.
- Constant interface with the Site Management for updates, technical checks and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with the purchasing/logistics office for procurement and resource planning, and with the technical office for specialist support and optimisation of plant solutions.
- Management and agreement of interim payment applications/progress reports with the client, including the preparation of reports.
- Supervising site activities regarding safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, preventing delays and extra costs.
The role requires strong technical skills combined with organisational and problem-solving abilities in complex and dynamic operational environments.
Mandatory requirements
- Technical diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles on electrical installation sites, preferably in the industrial, commercial, or infrastructure sector.
- Driving licence category B.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical regulations and site safety.
- Good knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
- Leadership ability, effective communication and management of operational teams.
Preferred requirements
- PES / PAV / PEI certifications or courses on special systems.
- Experience in managing tenders and SAL procedures.
