Site Manager / Project Manager – Electrical Installations

  • Coordination of internal operative teams and subcontractors for the installation and testing of electrical systems.
  • Constant liaison with the Works Supervision for updates, technical checks, and management of critical issues.
  • Collaboration with the purchasing/logistics department for procurement and resource planning, and with the technical department for specialist support and optimisation of plant solutions.
  • Management and agreement of Progress Payment Applications (Stati Avanzamento Lavori) with the client, including the preparation of reporting.
  • Supervising site activities regarding safety, quality and regulatory compliance, preventing delays and additional costs.

The role requires strong technical skills combined with organisational and problem-solving abilities in complex and dynamic operational contexts.

Technical Office Employee – Mechanical / Plumbing Estimator

Type: Indefinite contract with probationary period Location: Technical office (company headquarters)
  • Analysis of specifications, technical drawings and project specifications.

  • Processing of detailed estimates for air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, piping and mechanical infrastructure.

  • Cost estimates, materials, execution times and necessary resources.

  • Collaboration with the tenders office and the purchasing office for the preparation of competitive technical and economic bids, in both public and private sectors.

  • Liaising with suppliers for requests for quotation and technical-economic comparison.

  • Compliance with current regulations.

  • Technical support during the review and optimisation of quotations.

The role is strongly oriented towards analysis and planning, with a focus on precision, reliability, and efficiency.

Electrical Technical Office Manager

  • Coordination and supervision of the electrical technical office.
  • Ongoing technical support for site activities, including site visits when necessary.
  • Design and development of technical solutions for electrical systems, including diagrams, calculations, and sizing, in compliance with current regulations.
  • Analysis and optimisation of existing projects.
  • Collaboration with the sales department for the preparation of technical offers and quotations.
  • Management and updating of technical documentation, including manuals, technical reports and certifications.

Technical Office Employee – Electrical Estimator

Analysis of technical specifications, project documents and tender documentation.

Preparation of quotes for electrical systems, with estimates of costs, materials, execution times, and necessary resources.

Collaboration with the tenders office and the purchasing office for the preparation of technical and economic bids.

Management of supplier quotation requests and analysis of received quotes.

Compliance checks of projects to current electrical regulations.

Technical support in the review and optimisation of quotes.
